RETURNS POLICY
What can you do if you are not completely happy with your ordered items? No worries, just send it back to us! We offer 1 time exchange on non-sale items within 3 days from the date you got your package for all Hong Kong purchases.
All items are non-refundable.
RETURNS STEPS
• You MUST send us an email to info@karishoponline.com within 2 days from the date you got your package. Please state clearly your order number.
• Send the return items to the following address within 3 days after receiving our email notification, otherwise we do not accept the returns:
Shop 52, 3/F Trendy Place, Kwai Chung Plaza, Kwai Fong, N.T., H.K.
• You will be responsible for the return and exchange shipping coat.
• Please remember to ask your courier / post office for a proof of posting certificate and keep it safe for our reference.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will inform you that we have received your returned items, and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return request by email. If you are approved, your refund will be shown on your karishoponline account within 7 working days.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are non-returnable. Credit will not be issued for the following:
• All washed or worn items.
• All bags, accessories, hats, eyewear, shoes, bodysuits or swimwear.
• All particular items which we state "non-returnable" in the description.
FAULTY ITEMS
All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in the garments you purchase from us.
Please email info@karishoponline.com if you believe your garment has a fault once you received your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case.
REMINDERS!
All returns MUST follow the above procedure.
We do not accept any exchange or return in "Kari Shop" store in Kwai Fong since "karishoponline.com" is operating independently.
